Refund policy

At COZMELO, Customer satisfaction is our priority.

We accept returns within seven days of delivery. to be eligible for return:

. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received.

. The item must be in original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

. Used products.

.Damaged items caused by the customer.

REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected , we will notify you .If approved ,your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your bank.

RETURN SHIPPING: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged  or incorrect.
